The Interior Grizzly is well known to be North America's most sought after and dangerous big game animal. Our guiding territory has proven to be one of the best areas for trophy quality and success in all of British Columbia. The name Grizzly Bear speaks for itself and this hunt requires great skill, patience and courage. We conduct this hunt during the spring when the Grizzlies are first coming out of their dens and hide quality is at its best. They are generally located in big mountain slides where new vegetation is sprouting and bears will be found foraging. This is a great time of year to be in the Rocky Mountains and you will see plenty of other big game species while glassing for these impressive wild animals.
Total Outdoor Adventures focuses on harvesting big mature boar Grizzlies. These interior bears are well known for their thick full silvertip hides and impressive claws. This hunt also includes a Black Bear tag as it is not uncommon to find a trophy Black Bears while hunting Grizzlies. We structure this hunt on a trophy fee basis as well and are allotted very few tags due to hunting regulations. Serious hunters searching for this once in a lifetime trophy animal are required to book 2 to 3 years in advance.
