RIFLE HUNTING
A variety of rifle hunts are available to the sportsman. Bull River Adventures Ltd. offers the following trophy rifle hunts:

• ELk Hunts (in the Rut)
• Mule Deer/Whitetail (in the Rut)
• Spring Grizzly Bear
• Spring/Fall Black Bear Hunts
In Spring Hounds Available
• Shiras Moose
• Mountain Goat (in the Rut - Great Trophy/Hair Quality)
• Predator Hunts (Mountain Lion, Bob Cat, Lynx, Wolf)

Combination hunts are available giving multiple opportunity for a select number of species.

The majority of our rifle hunts are conducted in September, October and November. Predator hunts are mainly conducted in December, January and February and our Spring Bear hunts are in May and June.

The all around choice of weapon for big game is the 30 calibre rifle. The outfitter recommends a 300 winchester magnum or equivalent. Due to the number of hunts available, clients will recieve a detailed package recommending the outfitters weapon of choice.
